Users must register using a valid mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including verification codes sent to your device. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Sponsor Responsibilities
As a sponsor or organizer utilizing this App, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding beneficiaries and statement periods.
- Use the App solely for its intended purpose of managing and tracking charitable or organizational rashan distributions.
- Maintain the privacy and dignity of the beneficiaries whose data you input into the system, ensuring you have the right to process their information.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, and UI designs within the App (including but not limited to the Mera Rashan logo, text, graphics, and layout) are owned by the developers and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
6. System Availability & Alerts
While we strive for 100% uptime, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service, including real-time alerts or notification deliveries, will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mera Rashan and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use or inability to use the App.
